The owner came to my house to clean the carpet and couches. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did an outstanding job. I have two little kids and nieces and nephews all running around the house on a daily basis and he still got everything looking brand new.

Stephen was GREAT! He took the time to explain everything before we started so I understood everything he was going to do and the prices. He did a fantastic job on our carpets and was even able to get a suspicious hot pink stain from our teenage daughter’s room. Rancho Chem-Dry had provided all carpet and upholstery cleaning needs at my place of employment for years now. This includes several facility sites throughout Riverside County. Because I have seen the results of his work… I’ve utilized his service at my own residence multiple times. Stephen does a wonderful job with every aspect of his service. He was prompt with returning my service initiating a call, he was able to get me on schedule at my convenience, and he showed up on time. Stephen walked through my house with me and we discussed my concerns and wishes. He gave a very fair price quote and proceeded to begin the cleaning. I have utilized Rancho Chem-Dry before and noticed that Stephen was just as focused and meticulous with his cleaning technique this time as he was the last time. He has every reason to take much pride in his work. Though he is so kind, polite, and professional that I sense he might be a very modest, humble man who is naturally caring for and putting his customers first. He truly cares and it shows. He went above and beyond and my carpets and floor rugs look fantastic!!! I am so very pleased with the results. It is nice to know that I will never have to look for another carpet cleaning company as long as Rancho Chem-Dry and Stephen are in this valley! Steve did a fantastic job. He cleaned two good size area rugs for me and they look brand new. He was on time and very professional. This was the first time using Rancho Chem-Dry and I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaner.

Just had Rancho Chem-Dry out to do some carpet and stair cleaning and David did a great job! This was the second time I’ve had them out to our home. I’ve had several of the big carpet cleaning companies over the years but have always found Chem-Dry overall did the best job. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and I found that their prices were very competitive compared to the others. I highly recommend Rancho and will have them out again in the future.

I’ve been using Rancho Chem-Dry for years for both business and personal use. They’re prompt, courteous, trustworthy, and professional, and do a great job at cleaning carpets and upholstery. I try to take advantage of their 5 area special annually, and when I do, my carpets are soft, my allergies clear up, and my house smells clean!

Conducted most of the communications via email, because I’m old and forgetful. His responses were prompt and his prices seemed reasonable. Set an appointment and he showed up within the time frame he said he would.
Since the carpet was dirtier than I had noticed when we first put in an offer, I was expecting the quote to go out the window, but after clearly explaining what could be done to get out the major stains the price, in the end, was very close to what we’d discussed. Worn-out carpet is worn-out carpet. But at least now it’s clean. I wasn’t expecting miracles.
The carpet was original from 2003 and probably never cared for or cleaned. Huge stains in the hallway and family room. Quite a bit better for having Rancho Chem-Dry clean them.
I’d recommend the company based on my experience. Honest price. On-time.

Used Rancho Chem-Dry today. They were friendly, professional, and very detailed while cleaning 5 rooms, a hallway, and stairs. The carpeting turned out great. My wife commented, “you get your money’s worth.”
Awesome job! I don’t normally get a professional cleaning, but I had an incident with my mother in laws carpet (who lives in the Menifee area)… my fault… and despite my best effort I just couldn’t get things clean/ spot free. The gentleman on the phone got me an appointment within my schedule (which was tight since I was only going to be in town a few days), they gave me a two-hour window but called in advance and showed up right on time. Being my first time I wasn’t sure what to expect but they were very professional (even carefully moving tables and couches). Most importantly they got out my stain/spots and the house smelled great. Highly recommend! Made my mistake almost as if it never happened… my wife won’t let me live it down but my mother-in-law seems pretty pleased.
